Instead of printing and re-keying data from a complex Trial Balance report, or replicating the same data using a BI tool, Monarch is used to visually "mine" the data from the report without programming. Monarch then displays mined data as a live data table, for easy sorting, filtering, new calculations, etc. The data can also be summarized with subtotals, graphs, coloring, etc. Data can be exported to MS Excel, Access or other applications at any time.
Once Monarch has mined the desired data from reports, PDFs and other sources, end users can then easily analyze the data, including sorting and filtering data; creating new calculated fields; summarizing data with subtotals and grand totals and automatic graphs; and, at any time, export data to MS Excel, Access, and a wide variety of other file formats.
