- Back in
the late 80's, a small group of Field Service
Engineering of a large well known Canadian computer company were unhappy with the
way the company manage and treat its customers with inefficient, slow response,
inconsistent, and inconsiderate management. They decided to form
their own IT service business. Instead of servicing the mini computer and
larger mainframe, they provided service to small to mid size business with PC based LAN.

Inc. was
established in February 1991, in the middle of the recession. It was the
time many companies downsizing to reduce
expenses. Recognizing a great opportunity,
we choose the time to launch a business to serve the business community.
We survived the so-call "tough time" easily because we have served our
clients right. During the past years, we have grown along with our
customers.

product knowledge, and experience in the fast changing computer
industry, but our quick response, quick delivery, excellent advice to reduce

former Field Service Engineers who are technical and service oriented, we are constantly learning
and sourcing new products and solutions to meet new business challenges.
We build long term relationship with our customers, not a quick one-time sale base on
lowest pricing. We are so confident that our strengths on product
knowledge, technical knowledge, experience in the computer industry, and
eager to help are valuable and benefit to our customer's operation.
