The M-11 allows you to store and retrieve the data from the board through either a Direct PC Connection, or by using a USB Memory Stick. Once the image data has been download to your computer, you can easily distribute exact copies of your work via email, send it to absent audience members, or use office applications, insert the writing on the board into business documents and other materials.

Take advantage of Plus M11W Electronic Whiteboard for you business training or presentation. Its wide format increase your writing area up to 70"w x 35"h. You are able to chose the file format of the image downloaded. Choose from PNG, JPG, BMP and TIFF file formats. You are also able to adjust the paper size and binding margins of your print as well as add a time/date stamp. Unlike projector, Plus Electronic Copyboard uses a new LED light system for low power consumption, no lamp replacement is necessary.

With digital storage functionality, the PLUS M-11 expands organization-wide communication. The M-11 allows you to store and retrieve the data from the board through either a Direct PC Connection, or by using a USB Memory Stick. Once the image data has been download to your computer, you can utilize it in many useful ways.

The M-11 allows you to print the contents of the board in color or black and white using standard (compatible) inkjet or laser printers. You can utilize the printer in either the copyboard's wall-mounted or floor-standing configuration. Please note that the electronic whiteboard does not come with a printer. Electronic whiteboards offer capacity to print notes, store written notes as digital files, store, manipulate, or email. Electronic whiteboard is comprised of three generic types of products: copyboards, peripheral boards, and interactive whiteboards.

Copyboards which scan and print or store information written on the board, are the most affordable and most widely used of the three. Peripheral boards, which transfer whiteboard information to an attached computer as digital files for storage and dissemination, are the next most affordable and widely used. The stored files can be e-mailed, moved across networks and the Internet, or manipulated. Some Peripheral boards allow a projector to be attached and calibrated, transforming the peripheral board into an interactive whiteboard.

Interactive whiteboards are essentially large touchscreen monitors that can control an attached computer. Interactive models allow the user to display a computer screen, digitally write over an image with a finger or stylus, call up a Web page or access a database, all from the board itself.
